Wahoo
A formidable gulf stream predator, the wahoo is fast, fierce, and tastey! Available in our offshore waters year around, with
late summer and fall producing the best numbers. The NC state record wahoo is 150 lbs, with fish in the 20-50 lb. range being most common.
Wahoo is our favorite fish, it is excellent on the grill, fried, baked, or in stews. We also have a unique
